anthropic wanted to spin up new social accounts dedicated to claude, allowing them to keep their company channels (@anthropic) focused on comms, research, and policy updates.
i was brought in as a consultant for channel launch strategy, and to create processes that ensured a steady amount of content to drive follower growth. post-launch, from july to december 2025, i then briefed posts and helped manage the claude accounts in their infancy.
